Jessia Hoffman is a leadership trainer, team building consultant, improv coach, and entrepreneur.
A Bay Area native, she has delivered leadership programs for a number of top organizations, from Fortune 500s to tech startups to nonprofits. Since founding her one-woman consultancy, Jessia has facilitated 250+ workshops for more than 2,000+ individuals, earning an average NPS (likelihood to recommend) of 9.3 on a 10pt scale.
As a performer, Jessia is known for playing leading roles to audiences of 1,700+ and for improvising in hundreds of shows. In 2015, she was the only student performer chosen to represent Stanford by singing for Oprah Winfrey (they hugged!). These days, she performs fully improvised musicals with the Polite Society Players in San Francisco.
Jessia is a communication coach in the Knight-Hennessy program at Stanford University and a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. She holds a BA from Stanford and brings 15 years of facilitation experience to her work with clients.
When not working, creating, singing, or improvising, Jessia serves on the recruitment committee for Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) Bay Area and leads Anti-Racism 101 trainings for the general public. Reach out if you’re looking for a way to get involved with racial justice work!
